Interact with customers on behalf of the company, attract potential customers by answering service questions, use telephone and electronic technology to reach out to clients and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain their reason for calling as well as investigate queries. Work to resolve client issues in a friendly and professional manner. 

Cultivate customer relationships, work with clients to find what they need, discuss solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. Work with the estimating team on project proposals, and maintain positive business relations to ensure repeat and future sales. Answer client questions, offer advice, and introduce our capabilities and services through meetings and presentations. Manage CRM technology and increase sales strategies.

Working closely with all teams in the preparation, execution, and completion of important construction projects. Work with building management companies and building agents to schedule projects from start to finish. Oversee project progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. Requires strong communication, construction, leadership, organizational, and diplomacy skills.
